Administration and Support

Chathurika De Silva

Chathurika has completed her Operational Level at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK) and is currently studying for managerial level exams. She has seven years' experience at CEPA and is responsible for the provision of accounts, project costing, liaising with donors and providing other financial information.

K. M. Rajitha Chamali
Assistant Accountant

Rajitha has completed her Diploma in Business Accounting at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and is currently studying for the CIMA Management Level Examination. She has one-and-a-half years' experience in the banking sector, joining CEPA in 2009.

She is responsible for maintenance of financial records, accuracy and timelines, and provision of support services and information to the management and staff to enable efficient decision making and monitoring of the MIS System.


N. E. B. Ayomi (BBM)
Human Resources Executive

Having graduated from the Uva Wellassa University, Badulla, with a Bachelor's in Business Management, Ayomi is currently following a Master’s in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management at the University of Colombo.

Her work at CEPA includes maintaining and processing administrative work related to Human Resources.

Juanita Wickremeratne
Front Office/Logistics Manager

Juanita has over ten years’ experience of secretarial and administrative work in the service industry. At CEPA, she manages the front office reception area, oversees logistical needs for the entire organisation and for research teams involved in field work. Her work at CEPA also involves event coordination, general administration and public relations. She has a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Human Resource Management Institute.

D. M. N. U. Guneratne
Logistics Coordinator

Guneratne joined CEPA in December 2001. His responsibilities include attending to the functions of the front office reception area, event coordination, assistance in filing for the Accounts division, monitoring the costs of logistics in the field, and assisting in office administration.

Ramya Badugodage
Office Aide

Ramya joined CEPA in January 2002 and is responsible for maintaining CEPA's working environment and organising refreshments for CEPA events.

Lahiru Indika Dissanayake
Office Assistant

Lahiru joined CEPA in April 2013 and assists in all logistical arrangements.

Merlin Rodrigo
Office Aide

Merlin joined CEPA in May 2001 and is responsible for maintaining CEPA's working environment and organising refreshments for CEPA events.

Nirmi Christina
Accounts Clerk

Christina is following a degree program on Business Management at NIBM. She has completed the foundation level of Marketing Management and currently reading for advance certificate of Marketing Management. She is responsible for day-to-today payments, operational data entry for management accounts and other finance related tasks.

Khema Senanayake
Executive Secretary/Management Assistant

Khema has over 15 years of experience working in Non Governmental Organisations and in the Private Sector. Having worked in the areas of Administration and Human Resources, she holds a Diploma in Human Resources, a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and a Certificate for Confidential Secretaries. Khema is a Member of the Association for Administrative Professionals Sri Lanka (AAP). Khema counts three years of experience as the Organizational Development Support Officer of IFRC International Federation of Red Cross - supporting Sri Lanka Red Cross in Organizational Development (OD) and has training in Organizational Development, Gender and Project Planning Processes in Organisational Development. She is also qualified in Cambridge English Language Assessment Training on Teacher Knowledge At CEPA. she supports the Executive Director, Management Team and Programme staff in their research, business development and communication activities.
