Basith Inadeen and Mehala Mahilrajah from the Centre for Poverty analysis (CEPA) presented the findings of the panel survey under the Secure Livelihoods Research Consortium (SLRC) in Kuchchaveli Divisional Secretariat in Trincomalee and Musali and Manthai West Divisional Secretariats in Mannar on 23rd 21st February 2017. The panel survey was conducted to examine the perceptions of service delivery and governance among resettled communities in the North and East.
