The Books Club focuses Reads on selected articles and publications on poverty, development and social change targeted towards group of professionals, activists and interested participants. The Book Club meetings are held at the CEPA premises, under the auspices of the Resource Center but with a parallel online channel for publicity and interaction before and after the event. An important activity of the Book Club is to follow new publications and articles that are of interest to its members who are primarily the CEPA staff and some other invitees who are interested in the particular subject of the read. The discussion is led by a resource person who can give an overview of the book by way of an introduction and facilitate the rest of the discussion. There are 6 Book Club events per year.
