CEPA provides fee-based advisory services to clients. We provide advice to development institutions at the appraisal and design stage, carry out mid-term and final evaluations and prepare poverty and conflict impact assessments. CEPA has provided these services to donor organisations, government institutions and national and international non-governmental organisations.
