Perceptions of the Poor: Poverty Consultations in Four Districts in Sri Lanka 2001

The study was conducted on behalf of ADB to complement its poverty analysis for Sri Lanka.CARE International requested the services of CEPA to conduct a Gender Audit of its projects and programmes in order to assess the gender sensitivity of CARE projects in Sri Lanka and establish an organisational and programmatic gender baseline.

• Output/s - The consultations were held to ensure the incorporation of views and perspectives of the poor in the poverty partnership agreement between Sri Lanka government and the ADB.
