This publication presents information gathered by the Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) on the quality of educational services in the Mullataivu Educational Zone of the Mullataivu District and the Vavuniya North and South Educational zones in the Vavuniya district. The survey was carried out using the Citizen Report Card (CRC) to provide a user’s perspective in order to assist authorities in the improvement of educational services in those areas. This comprehensive study covers aspects of access, quality and reliability, problems and inconveniences, hidden/additional costs and levels of satisfaction.
