Dimensions of conflict outside the North and East of Sri Lanka introduces aspects of conflict in Sri Lanka and examines their correlation with poverty. Even though the scope of the brief does not allow a detailed examination of each conflict and corresponding analysis of its relationship with poverty, the analysis confines to issues with relevance to policy development, possible areas of advocacy or to project implementation.
