The Centre for Poverty Analysis was contracted by The Asian Development Bank as an external independent resettlement monitoring agency,in consultation with the RDA to monitor the progress of the resettlement activities of the project of the Southern Transport Development Project (STDP) from 2006-2010. CEPA developed a comprehensive resettlement monitoring
framework in consultation with the RDA and ADB.
