The Centre for Poverty Analysis was commissioned by the Equipping Sri Lanka to Counter Trafficking in Persons (EQUIP) programme of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to conduct a scoping study assessing the presence and the nature of trafficking and forced labour in four identified districts of Colombo, Gampaha, Kurunegala and Kandy.
