User Satisfaction and Governance through the Citizen Report Card (CRC)

CEPA undertook several surveys using the Electronic Citizen Report Card (eCRC) tool in selected Grama Niladhari Divisions within three districts of Batticaloa, Monaragala and Mullaitivu on the delivery of Secondary Education Services and Public Services by the Pradeshiya Sabhas. The survey aimed to determine the quality of services and areas for improvement.

The video provides information on the key stages and processes of CRC methodology and how it can be used to enhance service delivery.
